I was just reading about this in another journal on my Flist. Apparently http://www.livejournal.com/site/accounts.bml there's a limit on how many alerts you can have. Basic like 20, plus 200, and paid 1000. Everyone not getting alerts must be up for the month. God LJ just LOVE to piss people off don't they?!
