At first I thought the movie was going to be on 3D because of this vid but on the wikipedia they talk about a new visual style who mix tradicitonal drawing and 3D effects to have “a three dimensional drawing". Let’s see what they can do :/

At least the next movie “The princess and the frog” is on 2d. You can see the clipart here too.

Omg qué bonito todo! *__* Estoy emocionada sin duda, cuando estrenen estas películas iré a disfrutarlas como una cría de cinco años. Por cierto, ya viste el first look que sacan de The Princess and The Frog. Cuando lo vi fue como OMG LOS COLORES LOS DETALLES, está tan lindo todo ;___; mi infancia ha vuelto!

This drawing is so nice! I can't wait to see the final result!!
I miss a odl time when disney did animate movie, only with pensil...I like new movie... but they are nothing like The little mermaid and all these old movie! I hope the new effect will be nice to watch! ^^'

it's suppose to look like an oil painting, but i thought KRISTIN CHENOWETH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THE VOICE!!!!! oh wait it is.. YAY!!! (if you don't know who she is i'll tell you) (big WICKED fan also)

Hate to tell you this but most of the hand drawn stuff on the site is fanart by David Gilson. You can google his blogspot and website and it has heaps more.
From what I can tell Rapunzel will be CGI
Most of that Princess And The Frog art is fanart too.
